Tumbling

The purpose of the tumbling program is to safely teach your child to safely perform basic to advanced tumbling skills. Activities will include floor exercise, trampoline, and tumble track.

Teen Tumbling

This class also teaches basic through advanced tumbling. WE incorporate strength, flexibility, spotting, and proper progressions to prepare your child for other sports such as Cheer, Dance, Martial Arts, and more. All in a safe and fun environment
